We are consciousness — and consciousness is energy.
Understanding that is what spirituality really is.
In nearly twenty years of counselling — work in which I ‘see’ consciousness directly — one thing has become clear: when we take back our own energy, life becomes better, lighter and happier. That, too, is what the soul came here for.
Spiritual Metascience is a new field of study: a way of understanding the laws of the unseen world and how human consciousness is put together. It describes how consciousness works in the territory science cannot yet measure — a framework Michiyo has drawn from twenty years of practice and observation.
This Institute is the doorway. By gently unpicking how consciousness works as energy, it turns spirituality from something to lean on into something you can use for yourself.
